This condo is located in Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort, which is home to four championship golf courses. Follow the path from your condo to the Baytowne Wharf Village that features more than 40 boutiques, eateries, galleries, night clubs, and family-friendly activities that include zip-lining, outdoor festivals, fireworks shows, and winter ice skating. Bike riding, kayaking, fishing, a gym, a spa, golf, a treehouse, putt-putt, and tennis are all located in the resort. Guest receives 100% (minus admin fee) for cancellations received 30 or more days before the first night of your reservation; Guest receives 50% (minus admin fee) if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the day of arrival; No refunds within 14 days of the first night of your reservation, or if you depart before the last night of your reservation, unless covered under your purchased Trip Protection. No full or partial refunds will be granted for no-shows.

Payment of 50% of the reservation is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before check-in. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date could result in the cancellation of your reservation. We recommend you check with your credit card company for trip cancellation/trip interruption insurance. If not covered, then we suggest purchasing one (in case of emergency, illness, or severe weather)as there are no refunds within 14 days of the arrival date. Both www.insuremytrip.com and www.travelguard.com have insurance options. A mandatory evacuation in our area is the only other reason a refund may be issued. Please read the print on the insurance policy carefully.
Guest is responsible for and authorizes Bahia By the Bay/Owner to bill the Guest's credit card on file for the full amount of:
1. Any damage or loss that occurs at the Property during Guest's stay;
2. A charge of up to $500 for violations of the pet policy;
3. An additional cleaning fee of up to $500 (or the actual cost of cleaning services, if greater) for violations of any of the guest policies or excessive cleaning required by the acts or omissions of any Occupant during Guest's stay;
4. Any fines issued by police, other government officials or agencies, utility providers, and/or homeowner associations for violation of any law, ordinance, or rule during tenant's stay, and any damages (which may exceed the number of fines) that result from the violation.
Security damage deposits will be returned/released no later than 14 days from guest check out.

This condo is very spacious, wonderfully decorated, and offers a well-stocked kitchen. The grounds are beautiful and the village full of shops and eateries is just a short walk away. The view of the bay is calming and the trees sing with birdsong. Other than a couple communication improvements on check-in details that could be had, as well as a couple electrical fixes, this condo is in a wonderful location that offers a comfy space, as well as attractions and beach views a short walk or quick tram ride away, respectively. A great balance of isolated relaxation and exciting family-fun entertainment.

Great location on bay side of Gulf. Access to beach provided by tram or driving across street. Apartment was nice and clean with all appliances, dishes and vacation needs considered! Will choose this location again!

Great place to say. Very nice and clean. Loved how quiet it was and the view of the woods and bay off the big balcony. It was also very easy to baby/toddler proof and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. We stayed a week and we did need to get extra toilet paper, trash bags, etc. My only complaints were the parking was hard to figure out. (You want to park in the garage under the grand sandestin hotel. Go to the right where it says Bahia.) Also the pool was freezing! I’m sure that’ll get better as the weather gets warmer. You definitely cannot walk to the beach, but there is info on where their beach parking lot is or how to catch the tram. Overall a great stay.

Such a lovely stay! This place was even more beautiful and luxurious in person than the photos. However don’t be fooled by all of the amenities listed. We really counted on having activities to get into, but none of those ammenities were accessible due to lack of information in the house and how to find the locations (such things as gym, tram, public beach access, bicycling, kayaking). There’s literally no way of finding out how to access these things so count on making your own activities up and finding your own things to do! Ok he Baytown wharf was a lovely place to hang out and eat though!

Parking was confusing and we didn't have great communication. Did not receive an email like stated, but did receive a short text. LOVED everything else about the stay! Would have given 5 stars if parking wasn't an issue and will definitely be staying here again. Once you walk in you feel at home with the comfy couch and beds.

We live here locally and were attending a wedding at Sandestin and decided it was a perfect time for a staycation! The unit was great and the view was just beautiful! So peaceful and relaxing!

Absolutely an amazing 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Just a few steps from Baytown with restaurants, bars, and activities. The best part……quiet sunsets from the balcony! If you are looking for an amazing condo for your beach vacation look no further! This is it!

Love this area! Great room, and a very comfortable bed. Easy getting in and out of the complex. Great restaurants and bars just a short walk from the room. Picturesque views of the bay. Just a great place to relax.

We had a wonderful Vacay at Bahia by the Bay Unit 4112. Every spot we visited during our stay was within a 5 minute walking distance for food, entertainment, outdoor ice skating, shopping and night life. The owners were very friendly, accommodating and keep their condo in pristine condition awaiting the arrival of new guest. Their were multiple pool/hot tub spots right outside our door. Every part of our stay was extremely family friendly. An I couldn’t begin to explain the breath taking balcony view from our condo of the sunset/sunrise and bay. Even with Covid guidelines and restrictions the condo was clean and untouched upon arrival. We highly recommend this condo/owners over and over again for our future stays as well as for your future family vacays.

Fabulous stay at Bahia by the Bay!! We did a girl’s weekend in Sandestin and thoroughly enjoyed everything about our condo and the location. The condo is bright, well maintained and thoughtfully appointed with all of the amenities you might need. Sleep came easily in the comfy bed, surrounded by peaceful quiet- important because I’m a light sleeper! There is a fabulous water view from the deck, we enjoyed sipping our morning coffee (and/or mimosas) and checking out the wildlife. We even saw birds catch fish! The grounds and pool are immaculate. It was a little chilly for a swim, but we enjoyed relaxing in one of the two hot tubs on the property. We also loved being able to walk everywhere! Amazing restaurants and nightlife are less than a 5 minute walk from the condo. We ate all of the things, then had some great entertainment at the local piano bar. Stay here! You won’t be disappointed.

Gorgeous views from this hidden jewel on the quiet backside of the Bahia. Enjoyed peace and quiet and watching nature’s wildlife. Amazing access to great food and entertainment. Interior is decorated well and has everything you need and more. Step out the front door and your at the pools and hot tub. Can’t wait to come back again!!
