This condo is located in Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort, which is home to four championship golf courses. Follow the path from your condo to the Baytowne Wharf Village that features more than 40 boutiques, eateries, galleries, night clubs, and family-friendly activities that include zip-lining, outdoor festivals, fireworks shows, and winter ice skating. Bike riding, kayaking, fishing, a gym, a spa, golf, a treehouse, putt-putt, and tennis are all located in the resort. Guest receives 100% (minus admin fee) for cancellations received 30 or more days before the first night of your reservation; Guest receives 50% (minus admin fee) if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the day of arrival; No refunds within 14 days of the first night of your reservation, or if you depart before the last night of your reservation, unless covered under your purchased Trip Protection. No full or partial refunds will be granted for no-shows.

Payment of 50% of the reservation is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before check-in. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date could result in the cancellation of your reservation. We recommend you check with your credit card company for trip cancellation/trip interruption insurance. If not covered, then we suggest purchasing one (in case of emergency, illness, or severe weather)as there are no refunds within 14 days of the arrival date. Both www.insuremytrip.com and www.travelguard.com have insurance options. A mandatory evacuation in our area is the only other reason a refund may be issued. Please read the print on the insurance policy carefully.
Guest is responsible for and authorizes Bahia By the Bay/Owner to bill the Guest's credit card on file for the full amount of -
1. Any damage or loss that occurs at the Property during Guest's stay;
2. A charge of up to $500 for violations of the pet policy;
3. An additional cleaning fee of up to $500 (or the actual cost of cleaning services, if greater) for violations of any of the guest policies or excessive cleaning required by the acts or omissions of any Occupant during Guest's stay;
4. Any fines issued by police, other government officials or agencies, utility providers, and/or homeowner associations for violation of any law, ordinance, or rule during tenant's stay, and any damages (which may exceed the number of fines) that result from the violation.
Security damage deposits will be returned/released no later than 14 days from guest check out.

Bahia #4112 is a very nice property. It is very clean and all of the furniture is comfortable and in good shape. The resort pool is straight out the front door of the building and could not be more refreshing after a day of beach and shopping! *beach towels were not provided when we stayed here, so plan for that. We got some at Walmart down the road.

It’s a perfect place to take a family vacation. Great place to eat, to drink, to play. You can find a lot of activities for children. It’s located in a great zone. The apartment was really clean and comfy. You don’t need anything just food for to cook if you want.

I loved staying here. Home was nice and clean and everything worked! View is amazing and the privacy is nice on the patio. Everything you need is walking distance! And we didn't need to drive anywhere once we arrived thanks to the tram. The only thing that bothered me is I had a package delivered with UPS and they (the staff) didn't know much about the process since the package never comes to the resort. Also they're shipping office isn't open on the weekend so now I have to pay additional money to have the package shipped home.

Was great being able to enjoy a very short walk to and from the Baytowne Wharf for fun, food and nightly activities. The unit is extremely clean-spotless. It is a level 1 unit, but ground level with the pool directly out from the building’s front entrance. Would rent again in a heartbeat. So nice having a classy location with a lot of places to play within walking distance.

Lovely property, lots of activities. Easy access to Miramar Beach by shuttle, car or bike. Nice quite room with lovely view of the bay. The porch was one of our favorites-lots of birds singing. Very nice place.

This was a great condo. Parking was difficult because it's in a low ceilinged parking garage with small spaces. I also wish the gate code had been texted to me with the room code because I didn't see it in my email. It's just odd they would text the room code but not the gate code.

Pros: Looks exactly as advertised and actually more spacious than the pictures convey. Quiet, serene balcony. Easy walk to Baytown Wharf. Convenient to shuttle or drive to the beach. Cons: Constant noise around the pool from maintenance equipment. (Cranes, gas trimmers, blowers, etc) Fridge never got cold. Only cool. Freezer worked so drinks could be chilled there, but food would spoil quickly if left in the fridge. Overall positive experience!

My first time in Destin and the resort and Bahia by the Bay were amazing! Had a wonderful girls weekend and we enjoyed all of the amenities of the resort like the fitness center and hot tub. Within walking distance of the super cute and lively night life area-a lot of cute shops and amazing food! The room itself was nicely updated, very clean with trendy beach decor, comfortable beds and amazing view of the bay!! And very quiet at night. Owner was fantastic to work with! Would definitely stay here again and rent both of the condos that are right next to eachother and bring the whole family. Thanks for such a memorable experience!!!
